We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper else where, or you decided it is not for you or simply don’t like it or have no use for it!

Cancellations and Refunds
Treatments/services are only transferable to other treatments in same clinic.
We require a minimum of £40-£100 deposit with every treatment, failed to pay we are not able to hold the appointment more than 24hrs.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment.
We reserve the right to retain your deposit In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment & will be forfeited.
We charge £20 for less than 48 hours notice for all last minute cancelation as well rescheduling ongoing appointments.
Refunds will be provided in line where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law within the terms and conditions.
You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility we are not here to convince you to have the product or service , to determine if the product or treatment is right for you, order for us to provide you with great service.
It is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing online heath review forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments.
Prepaid Treatment
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule.
Pre-pays have a 12 months expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18-month expiry date (10 or more treatments).
Purchases made through Customer Portal Online,You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
Treatments purchased online by you through the Customer Portal, continue to be regulated by Phi Clinic Brows Aesthetics UK’s conditions of use; privacy policy; cancellation, and refund policy
Phi Clinic London has a zero tolerance policy of all passive abusive and aggression behavior in clinic & online this is unacceptable and not tolerated. Under Public Act Order 1986 UK Law.
This policy is for the protection for staff, for the protection of other clients and patients, & their families.
